I teach warrior strength which incorporates Flexibility, Strength and Endurance training. Join one of my classes at Superior Athletic Club every Tuesday & Thursday 9:00 am - 10:00 am!
This is a 60-minute class compromising of two 30-minute sections. CARDIO COUNTDOWN follows a consistent formula that makes time fly by. With an emphasis on cardio vascular conditioning, this class is all about maximal caloric expenditure in a short amount of time. GET PUMPED is a strength based format that will tighten, tone, lengthen, and sculpt your muscles! Unique structure and workout modifications accompany each lesson.

Yes! in fact, it's a great way for you to learn about exercise and fitness, as you'll have someone knowledgeable teaching you right from the start! Every exercise has modifications to fit your ability!
